Seek peace not problems

Saw this post this morning and it really remind me about have the right way to communicate. Be in in office or home, or with your friends, "aim to seek peace not problem".

We often judge people, accuse them, with our own mind and thoughts. With this, i wish everyone should ask more questions, think considerately, clarify things better so that we become more understanding and a reasonable person.

The world will be peaceful, if all of us, can practice effective communication and considerate to everyone.
